If you are interested in Gothic Studies and the culture of the Undead; in studying narratives of vampires, werewolves, dark fairies, and witches, or in the fantastic genres of Gothic and Paranormal Romance, then consider the University of Hertfordshire. There are a variety of Gothic literature courses: a BA module on YA Gothic, a Gothic MA module on vampire literature, and opportunities to research Gothic literature at PhD level. The research from the OGOM Project has fed into teaching at all levels in the Department of English Literature.
